The bowls are really good. My husband always gets one of the ceviche bowls and the last two times I got the chicken pad Thai. Sorry to say that the one I got today was burnt but I ate it anyway because it was a late lunch and I was starving. Hopefully it won’t happen again.

O Agente Secreto (Illuminati Food)
I've eaten several "Poke's" around Portugal in this place and ordered a Poke Sakura size M, enough for anyone to feel full even without drinking. The flavor of the poke was a positive surprise, despite it not being very cheap I decided to order the more premium version. The rice was very loose and cooked, there was a lot of shrimp that was very crunchy and delicious, a roe that I had never tried before and I was unsure if I would like it but the flavor was great and it was a new experience for me, the salmon was even generous and had very thick pieces and tasted fresh, the avocado felt like butter in the mouth and I think it perfectly completed the whole dish without leaving it dry, the red cabbage was cut into very thin pieces and didn't stand out too much in the mouth which was quite pleasant, The cherry tomatoes were whole, I don't know if it was due to the take away so they didn't leak any juice, but I didn't like it very much because some of them were crushed and it was a strange texture, but I ate it, the cashews were salty, somehow giving balance to the dish and a different texture. And of course, to finish, the sauce was ideal for this type of dish because it wasn't cloying and normally in the places I've eaten it would make it cloying, leaving residues at the bottom of the uncooked rice. I would like to try this dish with the traditional cucumber or mango salad instead of the red cabbage just for the flavor experience, but then it takes away some aesthetics from the dish itself, the purple cabbage makes a pleasant contrast which in turn increases the desire to try it. The dish was quite complete, I drove 10 minutes before eating to take some photos at sunset and make the business grow because they really deserve it. The only notes I have are that the takeaway box after 15 minutes was already leaving liquid at the bottom, they didn't accept the meal card, I waited 4 minutes for someone to come and help, the bag paid €0.37 and I didn't go I warned you but it's nice and after the poke I feel a bit of bitterness in my throat but it's light, it must be from the sauce itself. For those who have never eaten poke, it's like sushi taken apart on a plate. It's a good place to try for those who have never eaten poke, I recommend starting with a more classic and simple one.
