Since the opening of this restaurant, after poor service from the restaurant manager, I returned in February 2024 for take away. I was pleasantly surprised by Simone's friendly, professional and helpful service, it's good to see this improvementRegarding pizzas, the price is too high. There are other choices in the city that are more economical and with the same quality. If they want to charge these prices, they should be concerned about offering higher quality.
It had been a long time since I had eaten at Pizza Hut, the franchise's super classic food, with its different options. But the difference of the night was Simone's super service, with her personalized tips and preparations... She made everything feel more cozy... I recommend it...
We were very well attended to by dear Simone, who even at the end of the shift was willing to lovingly prepare our ice creams, after having recommended a great pizza option. The food and atmosphere are great, but everything was definitely made even better by Simone's attentive and charismatic service.
