I had dinner at this place with my boyfriend!We really liked it!For starters, we ordered garlic bread with pepperoni, which was honestly weak compared to many we've eaten.I ended up choosing a Donna Amélia burger which was very balanced and very good! And my boyfriend had a special francesinha, the sauce was delicious, the only negative point was that it was very liquid, if it had any more consistency it would have been divine!!We recommend it because we liked it overall

I made a reservation through the TheFork app and my experience was very negative. When ordering our meal, the restaurant did not have menus to provide us. Furthermore, the food did not live up to expectations; a francesinha was served whose bread was not toasted and was completely soaked in sauce and whose steak was not a steak but rather small pieces, and a flavorless hamburger and low quality fries.After being unhappy with my meal, I left a review on the app where I made the reservation and, days later, I was receiving messages, in my personal contact (which must have been provided by TheFork, for reservation management reasons), from of the restaurant. Someone who wanted justification for the poor assessment that had been made. Since I didn't respond, this person decided to send me a new message saying that they would interpret my evaluation as "bad faith".I must also highlight that the evaluation I left on the application was not so negative, totaling 5.5 points out of 10. However, if I had known that I would receive these contact attempts later, I would have left a lower evaluation.I don't recommend it to anyone.

The service is bad. Food quality is nothing special. The location is pleasant. The food was not what it said on the menu. They brought us the potatoes with our fingers inside the plates. We asked for salt and the lady added salt to our taste, taking the container back with her.Please note that from what we heard from another couple, we were not the only ones with these complaints.Not going back.
