I've been here before and always have a good meal but the last time having a meal and dessert the dessert came out frozen told the staff and they put in the microwave not a good idea should have offered me something else and it was my birthday so not a good experience

Iva as a guest at a birthday party, we were 20 people... the owner forgot to reserve a table and at 9:00 p.m. we were left without eating... serving 18-month-old children, it was a shame to deny the complaints book... we had to call gnr ... the owner at all times confirmed his failure... but that is not an excuse... in my case it was 350km to go, others to come and not eat.... irresponsibility... to not return.. .it ruined the ceremony for us.. no alas to pay for such a mistake ????

Terrible service, I called 3 days before to reserve a table for a birthday and when I got there they didn't have a table reserved, then the employees were rude and said that it wasn't because we weren't going that they were going to close, in the end we ended up asking for the complaints book and they refused it, so we had to call the GNR, which ended up fining the restaurant and forcing it to hand over the complaints book.I recommend zero, I only ate there once and the francesinha sauce looks like water, and has zero flavor!!

We asked for the complaints book where they refused to give it, having to call the gnr that way. In short, bad service and a lot of lack of respect for customers.
