Four of us ate here. The selection of meat dishes is extensive. However, the vegetarian selection is very clear and unimaginative. There is room for improvement. The meat dishes were very good. Side dishes had to be ordered separately, which we classified as too expensive. The vegetarian dish we ordered (vegetable canoe) looked good. However, the vegetables were “very well done”. The mixed dessert plate we ordered was great - you should share it. The wine list offers a very large selection. Ambience is quaint.

Before our trip to Madeira, we already had this restaurant as a "Go-to" place on our list. But after a recommendation from a taxi driver, we decided to check it out.

It was easily the best restaurant I had the pleasure to dine in on this amazing island! We went for the T-Bone with some beans rice and potatoes. Everything was delicious! The service was amazing. The waiter was very dedicated to listen to us and give us opinions and recommendations. The atmosphere and attention to detail is top notch. From the videos that they have playing on the TVs, to the custom made dessert menu, the decoration and even the WC. Plenty of space as well.

It's not cheap, but for us, it was worth every penny. Would highly recommend checking it out!

Expected a touristic restaurant, but in fact they have great food and a cozy atmosphere. Prices are totally fair. Lamb chops are highly recommended
