I had read good and bad recommendations about this place, but I preferred to judge it for myself and I was pleasantly surprised. It was quite quiet when we arrived, the decoration was simple and pretty until I saw a piece of furniture with many sets of coffee cups that surprised me. The service was calm and serious, the truth is that the waitress cannot be said to be the life of the party but who knows how many years she has been putting up with people, I have to say that she was kind and correct. The food was very good, the menu is not very extensive but they have some typical dishes and the price is very good. I have to say that the bolo do caco is the best I have ever tried and I have a few.

It caught us on the way from Garajau to Pico de Aireiro and the truth is that it surprised us for the better. It is the typical roadside restaurant but the food is very delicious and very well priced. Recommended the espetada and the bolo do caco.The waiters are a bit serious, but they do their job very well.

I didn't like it nor would I recommend it. Sympathy was little or none. The response to my good afternoon was: the dish of the day is double. I asked for fish and there was none. They suggested chicken kebab. I saw the chicken and bolo do caco being defrosted in the microwave. I would prefer if they told me they didn't have anything and maybe I would go back another day to try it as I won't be going back there. Poorly seasoned and tough meat. Corn with a different texture, bolo do caco just defrosted and heated... No love was seen in the preparation of the food.
