The absolute best estepada! You can see how they prepare it and the meat is beautiful even raw! The portion for €15 is larger than elsewhere (with bolo do caco was enough for two) Fast and professional service. Pleasant environment. Parking on the street in front of the restaurant.

Excellent!!! If you can, go. Simple menu but everything very good, especially the skewer, the chicken and also the desserts such as the yogurt pudding. Super professional and friendly staff. They do not accept non-Portuguese bank cards due to bank commissions. It's too late to visit them.

Everything was impeccable since we arrived, but when we finished eating they turned off the air conditioning, leaving it unbearably hot in the completely closed annex with no ventilation, forcing customers to leave (perhaps to allow others to enter when the restaurant is really full). Since "the air conditioning turns off by itself". Apart from that I have no other observations. Thanks

Cozy space, one of the best for eating Madeiran kebabs, highlighting the excellent service and friendliness of the staff.

The place is very local, although it is starting to get crowded. It is true that the specialty is espetas, but fortunately it has vegetarian options. The vegan options available are salad and fries.
The service is good, although they are full, but nice and good people.
The desserts are delicious, leave room to try them.

This place is buzzing. A small menu which is excellently delivered. You don't come here for the view, you come for the food and service.
Prices are reasonable and we earned our lunch walking from the harbor seafront, quite a lot of steps!
Highly recommend a visit.

What a pleasant surprise!!! The best espetada on the island. Simple restaurant, with very friendly waiters and tender, juicy meat. The bolo do caco is also one of the best I've tried. We ate there two days of what we liked and we had no waiting problems. They do not accept cards.

Simple but perfectly cooked and served food, the best steak I have eaten in Portugal and Madeira.
Fillet steak kebabs cooked on open fires and served with simple but fresh salad and home made fries.
Half bottles of wine available.
Make the extra effort to eat up here in the hills above Câmara de Lobos.
I would only add one thing to this simple menu to add a slightly healthier option to fries and that would be boiled or roasted potatoes.
