Vista Alegre offers excellent skewers, especially the fillet skewers which are sensational. The BBQ chicken and fried corn are also top-notch. Despite the roadside appearance, the food is outstanding. The staff is welcoming and attentive, although their English is basic. The overcooked vegetables may be a downside for some, but overall, it is a fantastic dining experience worth returning for.
