We stayed upstairs at the Pension Praca De Figueira so this restaurant was very convenient. Good red wine was 1.40 Euros a glass and plate of black olives in olive oil and garlic was 50 cents. Their spaghetti bolognese was half the price of the Italian over the road and twice as good. Same goes for the pizzas. Don't expect the Ivy! It is basic and has a steady flow of interesting characters but we ate there 3 of our 4 nights stay and if I went to Lisbon again I would eat there.
