After visiting the residencial in 2020, we were impressed with the food and promised that we would come back on our next visit. On a recent visit, we arrived with the whole family for lunch. We were seated at a table. The young female waitress came over, dropped the menu down with a rude approach, and went back to the table opposite where she was serving a group of males, continuing her conversation and laughter. We looked at the menu and it was very limited, with many of the dishes scratched off, and it was only 1 pm. After waiting 5 minutes without being greeted kindly, we decided to leave and find somewhere else to dine. What a disappointment, and we will not be returning again.
