Unfortunately I have to agree - the unique location and the lack of competition probably keep this place going. We sat there for over half an hour (admittedly in rush hour) and were not even noticed when we called the waiter's attention to us. We finally helped ourselves to the fridges inside and paid at the counter. Iced tea was only available in a can and without ice cubes. Staff seemed extremely stressed, overwhelmed and in a bad mood.

Tragedy! Two waiters can't handle serving a simple beer and a sandwich. The place is nice, but the service is very poor. I recommend taking a sandwich and something to drink with you to the beach and not wasting time arguing with waiters, unless you have all day and want to sit at a table, which also makes sense. The restaurant should think about better service.

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order after being told to sit down and they will come. No one came and i just wanted my time there. Thank you but I would never walk in again.

Drama. We waited for almost 15 minutes and no one approached us. We called the waiter twice and he said "just a minute" twice and then he cleared the tables (where there were 20 other clean and empty ones) and then went to the back. We got up and left

Watch out for the rude waiter (gray haired guy). You sit down at the table with your family. He comes over. We say that we are interested in what I propose to drink (drinks) and what kind of ice cream... and he says: "at the entrance there is a board with information about drinks, and inside the restaurant there is information about ice cream... and he leaves ?
Well, table service, apparently not for us. In addition, the expression on our faces as if we had offended him with our presence…. Avoid the guest…

Loveless service (very unmotivated) & carelessly mixed drinks. The piña colada is very watery and the annana decoration is really just decorative because it is unripe...

Incredibly incompetent! Ordered two small sparkling waters. However, he brought us a large bottle of still water. Waiter refused to correct his mistake. I can no longer change the water, it would be laborious and he wouldn't feel like it!?!?! This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, absolutely NO GO! In general, no one here seems to be interested in anything. Sadly, the place would be really nice. Very unfortunate Apart from that, drinks are rather moderate...

People still don't understand that service is what keeps people coming back. And when even the owners don't know how to work, even less will the employees learn anything. It's a shame because the space is beautiful but when you don't know how to treat customers well, customers are unlikely to come back. Not very attentive and not friendly... I don't recommend
