This was the perfect place to be for a holiday! We went there for lunch and dinner. The portions are huge and it really feels as if a Portuguese grandma has cooked the food with love. You can even see the lady cooking from a tiny window and we always waved at each other- the atmosphere was heartwarming. We will come back to this restaurant everytime we are in Madeira
We visited this restaurant 3 or 4 times whilst on holiday in Canico de Baxio. The choice of food is fantastic and the quality and portions are amazing. A really friendly place to eat anytime of day. We will definitely be visiting here again when we return in January. Highly recommended.
The beef skewer was very good. The pizza was also good, nothing more.
The servers were very friendly.
The setting is perfect (sea view, calm music next door by a guitarist).
The only downside in my eyes: the price compared to what you can find elsewhere... it's quite expensive!
