Our waiter was very nice. He just probably didn't understand everything we asked him in English. But that wasn't so bad. Unfortunately, the food was very dry (fried chicken) and there was no lemon with the fish (swordfish with banana). The fish was very bland. There was no dressing for the salad, which was a side dish, but ketchup and mayonnaise were sufficient. The portions of food were also really big. The restaurant was very sparsely attended but very noisy. You can almost hear all the kitchen noises and it all resonates very well :/ The view of the ocean is nice but we wouldn't recommend it.

We came to the Aquarium Restaurant on recommendation, a spacious atmosphere despite being crowded. Service took a while but the reason is clear (super busy) and few staff who do their best. Located right in front of the beach. We ordered an orangeade 1.60Є to try (made in Madeira) and ate the tuna steak 13.50Є (very tasty) and 2 sword fillets with prawns 14.50Є (comes with 4 prawns) everything was very fresh. Total bill 44.10Є Worth knowing!
Very nice with a view of the sea/port, very popular especially on weekends but the strong point is the value for money 2 starters, a beer and a water, 2 first courses and a dessert, 30 euros and nice portions!

Unfortunately it is not our habit to post an unpleasant comment but there, disappointed with the service, no smile, borderline repulsive, wondering if they appreciate foreigners... The food too, first discovery of octopus which was good but without any more taste either... While we are here to discover and enjoy our vacation that we managed so hard to have. We do not recommend.
