Delicious food for good price. Nice waiter, we found out that he doesn’t like coral beer :D he jokes that they make if from river water because the brewery is near the river. In the restaurant have portuguese beer which is fuller and bitter than coral. It depends on everyone’s tastes but we liked it very much. Madeiran Espada with banana and passion fruit was especially delicious.
P.S. for the waiter: You should try Czech beer I think you would like it.

The food was horrible. The tuna was too oily. The tropical salad is just few pieces of fruits and some letuce that is bitter. I couldn't even finish my meal because of the taste of it.

Our first stop in Madeira early in the evening led us to Neptuno. The omelette we all ordered was delicious, although due to the lack of vegetarian alternatives, we couldn't try anything else. The portion size was adequate, and we felt satisfied. Prices were very fair, and the drinks were both tasty and affordable. The waiters were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The option to sit indoors and outdoors was a plus, although there were unfortunately many smokers outside. On one evening, they even stayed open longer, which pleasantly surprised us as we were not aware of their closing time. The presence of many locals suggested that it's a popular spot, which is always a good sign. The garlic bread we ordered beforehand was also excellent.
