We ate out 4 times during our stay in Garajau, 3 times at this restaurant as it was so good. food was brilliant especially the steaks and clams. Service was excellent in particular Celia who was really helpful.

Great cozy location with relaxing melodic music. The service is very friendly and accommodating! Besides the ambiance and great service, there is also freshly prepared delicious food for a fair price. I had a delicious tomato soup and a huge tuna steak with a pan full of salad. My boyfriend had the traditional fish soup and mixed fish skewer with a pan of boiled potatoes. With a glass (or three glasses) of red wine, the perfect meal and the perfect evening! Thank you!

We visited after a recommendation from a friend and were looking forward to trying a new restaurant. Unfortunately we were wholly disappointed with the meal - half a chicken is not like in the UK - it’s half a baby chicken so more bones than meat and the espetada regional whilst cooked medium to well was 60-70% gristly. The waiting staff had been good up to our complaint but did not take our feedback well. The vinho verde was the best aspect of the visit. The manager deducted 10% from the bill after we asked to speak to her.

The pregos didn't have flavors, we unfortunately did not enjoy it at all and it could definely use more meat, some places it was just bread.If you want an incredible prego then go to the restaurant located right on calheta Beach, after trying so many pregos that is definelty the best one we tried, the meat is thick , flavored, grilled to perfection and melts in your mouth ?
