A spectacular place, from the outside it looks like a very simple bar, but the food is very delicious. We ordered soup of the day €2.5, sao jorge cheese €4 (cured cheese), cod €19 and roasted octopus €20 (spectacular), the best octopus we have ever tried. Overall a very good place

We went to dinner and after waiting 45' for the drink we asked how much longer we have to wait and they told us another 20' at least...six tables ahead...so I can't comment on the food because We paid for the drink and we left...we are going to be in the area for 7 days but I'm sure we won't eat here any day. They lose it, even when I'm on vacation I don't like to feel like they're kidding me.

If you go to Ponta Delgada, you must go to this place. The hospitality is 10/10. Its a Father and son who are working the restaurant and they went out of our way- literally left the restaurant just to go out and get us a pack of playing cards. The seafood was absolutely amazing- full selection of local fish. You have to try the octopus cataplana. I also went back and tried the “hunk of meat” which was amazing- Served with fresh passion fruit at the side. The Quantity at this place was also 10/10. If you’re a body builder like myself you will not regret going here. If you are looking for a hole in the wall restaurant with locals, this is the place to go. It’s right next to a local bar and a plaza/park. Anyway just go here, I wont type anymore.. Cheers!

Uninviting entrance and a good location is unlikely. You have to come in and ask questions. High quality service, friendliness and good humor (a rare thing these days) Excellent quality food, particularly the peixāo fish and the sirloin steak. Very nice homemade desserts. Definitely a place to repeat.

Friendly service 2 tables on the terrace with a view of the garden and a little sea Unfortunately, garlic bread wasn't homemade (we personally found it a bit disappointing that it was a baked baguette with some cheese on top Steak medium unfortunately came well done and in a sauce (it's a shame that a steak was served in a sauce) and egg. The steak marinade was tasty. Salad came without dressing. Sachet vinegar & oil (not really environmentally friendly) Chicken was ok Prices pleasant Personally wouldn't eat here again
