I've been ordering from Sushi at home in Carcavelos for about 2 years and it's always gone well, most of the time. I generally order via the website.
Strong points:
1. The service is friendly, the environment is calm and the staff are friendly and competent.
2. It is located in a square and it is always easy to leave your car parked to pick up your order
3. The menu is varied and the combinations have some variation in pieces, which I like.
4. Lately I have been placing my orders through the website, paying with MBAY and picking up at the agreed time. Only during festive times did I have to wait a bit (even with an order).
5. They offer a hot roll when you pick up your order and they have a card that, after 9 orders, offers one for free.
6. I once paid locally when I had already paid online and the next day I received a refund
Regarding points to improve:
1. I only had one order where the tuna looked less fresh (I ended up not eating those pieces).
2. The take-away offer (hot roll) could vary.
3. I don't use the APP because it used to give errors (I uninstalled it after 3 or 4 attempts). The site works well enough, but the "reorder" option (repeat a previous order) always gives an error.

On 11/11/23 I placed an order online and paid with my credit card €32.20.My husband went to collect the order at the Carcavelos store and was asked to pay again because the online payment had not been made.The next day I noticed that my credit card was debited and my husband was charged to his account, meaning we paid for the order twice. I contacted the store that same day and so far they have not refunded the double amount paid.
