I get it that you need rules in your business but add some signs, be friendly when checking the rules. Find a better way to ask for minimium consumption. you can do it but do it nicely and classy. Owner: You lack training.
Food is delicious and location a plus. They lack basic instructions to customers and they assume bad intention when someone that arrived from the beach wearing swimming wear sits on an outside table. This is a beach front restaurant not a 5* hotel in Manhattan. Have some customer centricity and your business would be way better.
Also the staff (not the manager) are super friendly; but they are poorly treated. They hire immigrants but they treat them like second class. I was sitting at the outside table and saw it myself. We spent 50 Euros, quite cheap.

Great service, nice atmosphere, but the french fries should come a bit bigger for the offered price. The wrap was very fresh and cool presentation, but it didn’t have much flavor. I would advise to use any kind of sauce to make it tastier.

The food isn't bad. However, the lady who receives customers has little friendliness or professionalism. (I didn't understand its function). A selection is made. As there are lots of free tables, because we consume 2 juices and potatoes we are sent back into the room. I have been a customer since the beginning. At the moment I rarely or not attend them at all.
