Because they were closing the box at 5:56 pm and we waited all this time, they still speak without friendliness and indifference, not to mention that they keep talking to the Uber drivers and make them wait too.

They continue to make fools of customers by trying to convince them that it is perfectly normal to serve melted açaí. It's like me ordering ice cream and it being melted. And they still have the nerve to charge an expensive price that could still be acceptable if it came ice-cold, but no, it comes melted as if it were nothing. A robbery and a tremendous lack of respect. They are not about to spend what they should on refrigeration, defrauding customers and making fools of them. Keep melting açaí! Bake it there!!!!

Your natural açaí is undoubtedly the tastiest!!!But on the one hand it is a pity that it is too liquid !! Could be more consistent! It feels like I'm eating your smoothie by the spoon!!!!!Today I ordered 800ml açaí delivery and it was a disappointment!!!Very little Granola!!! Where I only ordered strawberries and granola! They could have "carefully" more in the few toppings...
