Disappointing.
Decided to make a departure from my usual fast food rotation of restaurants and give this Pans & Company in Alegro Alfragide Shopping Center a try.
Unfortunately, i didn't have as good of an experience as i had hoped.
First of all, the waiting time was way over what's reasonable for this kind of restaurant.
I waited around 15 minutes for a pulled pork sandwich and a small box of pulled pork fries and a soda.
It took 2 warnings from the lady at the counter, who was very professional and nice if i might add, for the guys in the kitchen to finally get my order ready.
Then i still had to wait a couple more minutes for the fries, which are usually readily available in most fast food chains.
It seemed like the people on the kitchen didn't know how to cook that sandwich, which was listed on their menu.
In the end, i didn't even enjoy the food, and it didn't took long for me to realise that i should have gone for their more conventional chicken sandwiches or better yet, gone to another restaurant. There was plenty around.
Not to repeat.

There were 2 people at counter for billing and serving, one with a hair cap and other person was with long dreadlocks and no caps, it wasn't hygienic as this guy kept caring for his hair and used his hands to pick up my food without using gloves, I noticed that he was handling food with his hands without using gloves and same time using hands to care for his hair. I have no issue with anyone's style and personal choices but I can't be served food which is not hygeinic.

Been eating in PANS for the first time 2 days ago (in Via Catarina Shopping) and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO EAT in PANS!!! Glad that I could use 30% of discount from Continente Card, instead of pay full €7.50 for the menu I ordered. Pros: 1. Good design of the menu. 2. Vaccine Certificate COVID19 validation if you want to dine-in. 3. Wearing mask is a must. 4. The sandwich is still hot after serving. Cons: 1.
