I went to the Starbucks in Alegro Alfragide because Mr. Miguel helped me When he answered, he was in a very bad mood, he didn't hear a word of what I asked for, after repeating it to eat there, I had to indicate again that it would be to take away, and very untimely he put the slice of cake in the box and handed it to me. I was waiting for the tall caramel Frapuccino when the commotion started, orders that were in front of me were all wrong and the customers seemed to have the same opinion as me, as they also didn't like the attitude of those who served us and it seemed like they didn't listen to anyone. ... I ended up bringing my Frapuccino in the wrong size, bigger is right, but wrong because the previous orders were only wrong with caramel Frapuccinos lol... and so they wouldn't go to waste I ended up bringing one. I hope you see what's going on with this gentleman because we all have bad days when, in face-to-face service to the public, we cannot show our frustration and displeasure to the customer.
