I have eaten at this restaurant several times. However, after the last experience I'm sure I won't go back. Over the years, both the food and the service have lost quality. We ordered two tasting menus, which arrived full of inventions - lots of sauces, pieces of just rice with seaweed, no so-called conventional pieces of sushi.

I didn't like it at all, the sushi was super sickly, marmalade, a lot of teryaki sauce in almost everything, the tuna sashimi was completely pale, you couldn't pick up the piece, the rice all fell apart, the opening hours were from 12 to 3, at 2:28 p.m. They came to ask if we wanted anything because the kitchen was closing, we arrived at 2pm and at 2:28pm they practically sent us away. I won't go back, I don't recommend it

I had good experiences at the restaurant in Odivelas, and decided to try the one in Carnaxide. The experience went wrong from start to finish! In addition to having a huge bone in one piece, I noticed that the sashimi was not fresh and had a yellowish color. We asked for another dose of sashimi to be brought to us, as it was not in good condition and the arrogance and dissatisfaction with my complaint was evident in the expression of those who were serving us. Needless to say, the new dose was still yellow. The fruit pieces were so cold from the fridge that they actually tasted bad. In the end, we left the yellowed fish and the pieces that were not in good condition, and shared our dissatisfaction with all these situations with the supposed manager. His response was that the fish was indeed a different color but there was nothing they could do about it. While I was still talking, he placed the ATM in front of me as if he wasn't there to hear me and completely ignored everything I said at that moment. Terrible service! I won't be back and I won't recommend it to anyone!

We came to the restaurant in Carnaxide because we already knew the one in Alverca and there was nothing wrong with it!The food is very good but the service is terrible!We wanted to order food and the staff didn't come to the table, they served with bad grace and 30 minutes before closing we were basically forced to eat in a hurry and pay in a hurry to leave! As closing time is 11pm, I don't think the pressure that was applied from 10:30pm onwards is permissible!We had gone there to celebrate a birthday and took a cake to cut at the restaurant but when we realized we were being expelled we asked for it back and the staff were still happy about not having to spend so much time with us!Very poor service, I advise you to review the service provided because there is not just good food

When arriving at the place with a baby stroller, they looked and asked if we had a reservation. We answer no. They said they only had one free table of 2. As we headed towards that table. Quite cramped and with little space, they told us to sit at another larger table that they had initially told us was reserved.Then we spent a long time without anyone coming to the table. They gave us the letter. We asked for a tasting and the confusion began... we only asked for salmon and no spicy!! and unfortunately it came with other fish and spicy dishes. Finally, the repetition was a problem from start to finish because the person who helped us, in addition to having no experience, had zero training. And he knew nothing. Unfortunately, I paid so I couldn't even repeat it.I must point out that in the other Yo nashi de Alverca and Odivelas... it has nothing to do with this one. They are far superior in everything.I won't be back, I'm sorry.
