The place is easily accessible and smells like good food from far away. The food almost always prepared and served by Brazilians brings back good memories of the country. The only point of improvement would be to better prepare the employees to explain some dishes (from Portugal) available on the day as we happened to not know the dish and 3 employees had difficulty explaining it.

The food has lost a lot of quality, it's either cold or raw or burnt, they served rice that wasn't even fed to dogs, a chicken full of burnt food that was made for lunch and they served it at dinner, you could really see how dry the chicken

Yesterday, around 7:30 pm, I went to buy 2 roast chickens for dinner.... When we started eating, enthusiasm gave way to disappointment. The chicken was dry and did not taste like freshly roasted chicken, so it was probably leftovers from lunch. This is not done! The customer has the right to be warned! I am against food waste but in this case GoodGrill's duty is to notify the customer and charge a lower price. CHEATING IS NOT A SOLUTION. If there's leftovers, don't bake too many or offer them to those in need!
