In addition to the unacceptable two-hour delay for the first dish, the repetition of the problem with the delay of other orders, including breading, demonstrates a worrying lack of organization and efficiency. Best sushi in Cartaxo and very well made. The staff are also very attentive. The fish is freshest on Fridays and Mondays (possibly Wednesdays too, but I never got to go there on that day). Even if you go to this restaurant on a Sunday, it will be excellent, but you can clearly see the difference between a Sunday and a Friday.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options include Spring Rolls, some vegetable-based sashimi, and mushrooms, but these are clearly not the focus of the place.

Don't go on the weekend, as you'll get angry and leave hungry. Orders don't come, or only crumbs arrive on the tables. We had to go eat somewhere else after leaving there.
