Where to start, as soon as we sat down, the employee took around 10 minutes to serve us, leaving the table set up (photo attached), placing the order, it took around 30 minutes to bring the order, the order arrived, the items were missing cutlery, something we had to go get, plus the glasses, even though the drink was still missing.

As for the food, when the first dish arrived we looked at each other because of the quantity there, giving rise to immediate criticism, when, to our surprise, after 20 minutes the second dish arrived.

In terms of food, we ordered fried cuttlefish for 2 people, in terms of quality/price it is worth it.

Service just didn't give a 0 because it doesn't exist...

The food is not bad, although it is not great either. The quality-price ratio is acceptable. The problem arises in the service, very slow and sometimes borderline. I understand that they are tired of serving people, some of them more or less educated, but the apathy of some of those who served us takes away the desire there. It must be said that not all. There were a couple of guys who were quite nice and understood our situation.

Rude service.

I can't judge the food since we didn't eat it. However, we went in, waited 5 minutes, several waiters passed us and didn't even speak to us to say "good morning", let alone take us to a table.

We arrived at lunch time on a weekday and although they apparently had a good menu, when we ordered they didn't have half the dishes, not even bread to serve.
The service is quite disastrous, without much friendliness, they talk to you in a rush and pretend to forget to come to the table.
It's a shame because the food is quite tasty, the clams bulhão pato is quite meaty and was on point. If you took that away, it wouldn't come back.

The fried cuttlefish was excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten. The pork, however, was dry and the potatoes came separately without much sauce... in terms of service, we had already finished the cover charge and were already receiving the first course and the wine hadn't arrived yet, but they were very friendly and everything was resolved.
