A fantastic bar playing great, northern soul and motown tunes. Owners Sue and Jennifer were brilliant really friendly and welcoming. A good range of drinks including cocktails all reasonably priced , nice and relaxing atmosphere with lovely customers. Visited here a few times on my recent visit to Carvoeiro. Jen and Sue make you feel very welcome and are now offering a lovely range of cocktails - they are definitely worth a try! Also a good range of wines on offer too.

Our happy place is Carvoeiro in Portugal and the heart of that place is A Boa Vida. We have been coming here for years now and it’s a family tradition to start each evening with drinks at this great place. We tend to go early evening and live to sit outside and watch everyone go by. The owners ( Jen and Sue) are just the best and look after us all., especially Mum and Zara. They make us feel so welcome and it’s like visiting friends now. The range of drinks are as you would hope and my daughter just loves her mock tails. Last night tonight but can’t wait to return later in the year. This place is a true diamond. As far as I am concerned there is not enough stars to do it justice.

It's our first time back in Carvoeiro after COVID. I was pleased to see that the A Boa Vida bar was open. As usual Jen and Sue made us very welcome. The service as expected was excellent. There's a great selection of drinks and quality beers not sold in any other bar in Carvoeiro. Well worth a visit.

As long time friends/customers of 'A Boa Vida' we were overjoyed to be returning once more to our old haunt. Our 'homecoming' didn't disappoint. We were treated to our usual welcome of friendly hospitality, accompanying beers, and great music. Thank you Sue and Jen for making us most welcome.
