Bar Havana offers an excellent spot to enjoy mixed drinks, great music, and people-watching in Carvoeiro. The food is limited to chips, but it's a pre- and post-dinner place with a great vibe. The bartenders, including Manuel, are excellent hosts and make great drinks, including the popular Mai Tai. Happy hour specials are a great value.
