Our visit to the new culinary center was a delight for the palate. Everything is made with passion from regional products. The tapas plate is amazing. Our main course was extremely tasty. Skill comes from art and the new chef is truly an artist. We always enjoy coming to this fine restaurant.

We have made a reservation through the internet, it gave us the option of several hours, but our surprise when we arrived was that they were full. There were several empty tables, but even so they haven't invited us to leave.

It was generally good, the ingredients fresh, service was excellent. But I was expecting exceptional and it just wasn’t that. I had the pulpo salad- bite sized pieces of tender pulpo, yet a bit oily and missing some acid or salt - just a bit dull. I also had the fried sea bream filet, which promised a crispy skin, it wasn’t. Also the salad bed of lentils with cucumbers and tomatoes was fresh, but lacking flavor imo. Of course everyone’s palate is different but I have had exceptional meals. I still give it 4 stars because it was good, great service and view, and the courtesy aperitif was a sweet gesture; but unfortunately the meals didn’t meet the expectations.
