Not usually one to go out of my way to give negative reviews but the service at this place was simply terrible. My family and I came for a drink, sat at a table for 15 minutes and didn’t get greeted, nor served. We simply sat there for 15 minutes until we got fed up and simply left the place. Upon leaving again no acknowledgment at all. The waiters were also very unprofessional - on our way in we heard them shouting at each other. Sorry but I think you need to address your customer service.

Great place to to Drink eat and be merry. The view is unbeatable in Carvoeiro. The Toasties are excellent and the Beer is cold. Service was friendly. One of the best days.

What a suprise! And again in carveiro getting charged for extra drinks that we didn’t buy and getting charged for them. Not sure if they think they can get away with charging a group of younger lads more but the reaction from the man after saying that’s not what we ordered was disgusting. Adamant that’s what we ordered extra drinks going back and forth completely lying to what the receipt said and threatening to get other members of staff even though he served us.
