Sal & Tal is a super cozy place. You are served by the nicest, friendliest staff and the atmosphere is the best. The food and wine are also very delicious. I visited Sal & Tal 3-4 times in summer 2023. I have now come back to the Algarve and the first evening here in summer 2024 I spent my time at this wonderful restaurant. The level of service and food is at the same high level as last time. It is clearly a recommendation. Thank you so much for super delicious food and service:) Hard to describe how unique the service and atmosphere are.

Sal & Tal was the perfect last minute find after a day of travel. They were happy to accommodate our group of 6 on the patio without a prior reservation. Servers were fun, energetic and friendly. The food was all fantastic! Highly recommend the octopus and the prawns. Great wine selection as well. Highly recommend.

Claudio, the cook, must be one of the best cooks in the Algarve. We especially enjoyed the seefood. The risotto and the Linguine with prawns will blow you away, especially the sauce. The service, most of all Ruben, is outstandingly friendly and if you want to have some fun in the evening, he is definitely your man. Ricardo is an unbelievably talented barkeeper. The sparkling sangria is unique and amazing. We have never had anything like this before. Overall the guys makes every customer feel like "The Customer". The best service. Very friendly, happy to be funny and always up for a little chat.
The food is excellent and was a regular highlight of the day during our vacation.
The drinks menu is very large and the bartender is sophisticated. There's also a cocktail as a dessert if you haven't already fallen in love with the sangria.
We highly recommend this place. Excellent service, food is delicious and the staff amazing amd very friendly. We look forward to going back there on our next visit.
