“The food: There are many different types of drinks and food available, with options such as milk tea/boba tea, fruit drinks, coffee, and options for food such as mochi and waffles. The drinks are delicious and well priced-- a 700 ml boba tea costs 5 euros. Additionally, there are many seasonal drinks and options to make and personalize your own drinks or choose from a menu. The service: The staff is friendly, and the service is very fast. The atmosphere: The atmosphere is always very pleasant. It is very clean and well-lit, with many places to sit. The shop always smells nice due to the cooking waffles :)The location: Very convenient location, right next to the Cascais train station. It's located on a quiet street, which means it is a nice place to sit without the street noise.Other: One of my favorite places to go with friends or to work.”
“Very good sushi, very traditional way so not your typical mixture of food, they either get the best fish or none from the market, that is how good the food is. Great service and fast! The atmosphere is very chill, a nice place, simple yet effective. Would recommend and come back, only problem I had with my experience is: I want more (literally just wanted to eat more). Bonus points: they have Wi-Fi. A very enjoyable place, very delicious and would 100% come back.”
“We enjoyed the food and the service here. Linguine is a MUST to all, who like homemade pasta! The wine selection is good as well and the overall experience is top!”
“I really like the space and the food. As a good fan of Asian food, Soya is unfortunately very adapted to Eastern tastes. I miss that more intense and spicy flavor. However, I recommend it and go there often!”

“I tried several indian restaurants in lisbon and cascais however ghandi palace remains the best. The chicken melts in our mouth, also souce taste super good.We did really enjoy our lunch and recommnd this place if you are visiting cascais.”
“Fabulous meal to go but pricey. Be aware of pricing. Appreciate the patience, attention to my questions regarding some options, and the well versed English menu. Had a great conversation with my friend while we waited for our food.”
“Very nice and pleasant place. The food was really good and it's great that you can see what you're going to eat in advance. Price wise, there's no drama, especially for this city, money flows from all sides. It's a pity that a vegan restaurant - with such careful attention to the decor, service and quality of food with typical Portuguese cuisine - which from my point of view as a tourist - would be even better. Chapeau bas after all”

“I will say one thing, we were trying to decide on the order, no one came up to us, they gave us cards, took drinks and disappeared, when we finally came up it turned out that from the entire menu you can only order from the first small page, in general it’s not right, but I recommend the place, The color is definitely consistent, I wasn’t able to try it, but the place is interesting”

“This place wasn’t bad for the price. They had a wide selection of seafood items. Seemed like it was somewhat a fusion experience. I ordered the squid which had squid + clams with a side of rice. Wasn’t bad for the price. Our waitress was super friendly but the man who sat us seemed flustered. At first everyone was pretty attentive but after we sat a larger crowd flooded in so it was harder to get someone’s attention. Like my partner ordered a side of rice but ended up with fries. He ate it anyways and it was still tasty. The place was beautifully designed. Had extra seating upstairs and outside. Their bathroom is located down stairs. Overall, wasn’t bad experience for a random pop in.”

“We went to try it because it looked good and we were right! We ordered cod and entrecôte and they were delicious. The treatment is also excellent. Highly recommended ?”
“I had a wonderful culinary experience in this well established restaurant! The staff and service is above 5*. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious traditional food experience and a cosy chic ambiance.”

“The notes are to be followed because they are truly excellent. The chicken is succulent. We took it spicy: top and not too strong with tomato salads, rice, fries for 2+ 1 beer and 1 glass of wine: 21.65 euros. It's very filling. I highly recommend this restaurant with extra hospitality. The manager speaks French. ”
“Highly recommend if you're looking for a place with a gorgeous view and great food and drink. Needed a break from all the seafood. Husband got steak and I ordered a meat sandwich. Both very delicious. Started with chorizo sausage appetizer - very tasty. The sangrias were handmade and sooooo good. We each got a liter but probably could have shared one And the view is phenomenal - whether you're looking at the beach or the people walking along the shops and restaurants. Wait staff gave good recommendations and attentive, even though only 2 of them. Check it out!”
“Wonderful meal and fantastic service. Getting a sea view table was the perfect setting for an anniversary dinner. The seafood platter was terrific and full of flavor and the potatos were nicely done as well.Loved the food and experience and will return again!Parking: Free parking in the shared parking lot”
“Pleasantly quiet place with a view over the dunes and the sea. In addition to the café, there are also cocktails and beer. The price is slightly higher than comparable other cafes. Popular with dog owners, water bowls are available for dogs. The parking space is shared with visitors to the dune hiking trail, so parking spaces can be tight.Anyone who uses the toilets has to be brave. In the afternoon/evening they look like they are at a motorway service station during the holiday season.Parking: The parking lot can get full when there is a lot of activity on the dune hiking trail.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible from the parking lot.”
“I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant with my wife, we were both very satisfied with the food and the service, especially the kindness of the employee Xavion, who was very attentive to our table and very hospitable to us.We will be back very soon, thank youParking: Few parking options, and all of them paid.”
“Lieu atypique, très bonne cuisine et servie copieusement avec cependant un petit bémol sur la mousse au chocolat, cette dernière étant indiquée sur la carte comme la meilleure du monde,je reste dubitatif ? celle ci étant mon dessert préféré elle n'avait pas du tout la texture de la mousse même si le goût très chocolaté m'a tout de même régalé”
“(Translated by Google) Impeccable service and attention. The person who works here is a Cuban who loves his life and his work. Very good atmosphere, we had 1 cubata and 2 beers (large pitchers and 80% loaded cubata). It cost us €17.50. We also had 2 shots of tequila with salt and lime, each at €3.50. The music is Latin and has a good rhythm for the orientation of the business.I loved it, it's worth it.(Original)Servicio y atención impecables. También tomamos 2 chupitos de tequila con sal y lima, cada uno a 3'50€. La música es latina y tiene buen ritmo para la orientación del negocio.Me encantó, vale la pena.”
“As stated on TA, the restaurant Maria Pia is closed, but right next door there is a nice Maria Pia terrace with an outstanding view of the sea ... ? Excellent place for a drink/apéro and chilling ? No restaurant food, but only snacks (like hot toasts with ham&cheese). Service and prices are ok (1 small sparkling water, 1 tulipa/beer and 1 glass of sparkling wine for 9 Euros).”
“One of the best places in cascais. Fresh, delicious fish. Rice with seafood (arroz de marisco) is fantastic. Add passion fruit sangria and you're in heaven. A place not to be missed when visiting Cascais. Neither too expensive nor too cheap, just rightVegetarian options: I saw options for vegetarians and vegans”
“A wonderful Irish Pub in the coastal town of Cascais, a quick 30 min train ride from Lisbon. Stopped in for a bite and a pint. The staff was delightful and the food excellent. Seems to be a favorite of locals and visitors alike.”
“Best Japanese restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of going to! The food is surreally good, everything is of extreme quality and very fresh, even the soy sauce can be wonderful. The atmosphere is super pleasant and the staff is super helpful, there may be some difficulty communicating with some members due to the language, but they always do their best to serve everyone well.I recommend it to everyone, you won't want to eat at another Japanese restaurant after going to Yukai.”

“A delightful rustic little restaurant serving one of the best pizzas I've had for a long time. It didn't droop! The lasagna was not the best I've had but still very good. Great atmosphere and friendly service and prices that prove that you don't have to spend a fortune too get well fed!Wheelchair accessibility: None as on 1st floor and tight staircase.”
“Absolute superb tasting menu. Great atmosphere, warm feeling room which has lovely design. Food is incredible, drink selection is amazing and staff are very attentive and happy to change things to your liking. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, nothing could be improved. Very enjoyable watching food be made by talented chefs in front of you. Would definitely recommend, best sushi in cascais.”
“The food was very fresh and there was only one other couple in the resturant. The waitress forgot to to give me the other cone I ordered . We were charged for the starter which was presented at the table . .I told the waitress this was a birthday dinner usually they would bring out a special dessert this was not done I will most likely not return”
“First time here after living in Cascais for two years. Vittorio is a great guy and talented Italian chef. It's like having a personal chef eating in this small restaurant, the pizza and pasta are straight out of Napoli. Our new favourite Italian in the Lisbon area and well worth booking in for a meal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Fresh bread, relaxing and casual atmosphere, and my moules were so good! My boyfriend ordered meat and was not disappointed either. Favorite place in Cascais. I will definitely return next time I’m here.Ps. If I could wish for one thing, that would be sweet potato fries!”
“An excellent restaurant, very tasty food, super pleasant service, we were in a group of 6 people and everyone was satisfied with the food, which was top notch and the service was spectacular!!! Always sharing. If you are in Cascais, it is worth visiting this restaurant, which is very close to the Municipal Market.”
“We tried the tasting menu to get a more varied idea, however it was not surprising and did not meet our expectations. The toro (tuna belly) was the only thing that made me smile, very tasty. The welcome drink was a pretty good passion fruit sachet. Dessert was a poor chocolate mochi, a soapy dish worthy of any very basic Asian restaurant. The service was efficient and very fluid, we never had to wait between dishes. At the end of the meal my companion was still hungry, and this had never happened to us in any tasting before, but it happened in this one, at no less than €98 per person. Anyway, we didn't feel like repeating it.”
“Felt like italian today, and trying a new place. Good choice I say. Tasty food, kind and professional staff. Its a quiet street but still see some cars although NO place for parking! The toilet was in the basement. No problem for me but I assume a situation in some cases. I will go again”
“Cascais has been our regular holiday spot for over 15 years - usually, travelling once or twice a year. Some of our old favourites have shut down post Covid, but luckily we found this place during an 'Indian Summer' week in early October - when you could stay out till late. So far we have eaten out 3 nights out of 4. Food has been fantastic. Staff friendly and attentive. 3 memorable nights. Remember it's a small place in an incredibly busy square, so it can obviously get busy - as good places do.”
“Quirky little place, almost bazar or cereal, you choose. The choices for food is not excessive but enough to choose from, however it is not cooked on the premises but a couple of doors down. We can recommend the “Black Pork” dish, the meat fell off the bone and was delicious. Wine, beer and spirits all available. The wine chosen was “Colossal”, absolutely gorgeous and 100% worth the money which wasn’t a great deal. Well worth a visit for curiosity if nothing else.”

Takeout Restaurants
“Best place ever near Guincho beach, in the lovely village of Arreia. Traditional simple tapas cooked to the perfection. The Spanish mussels are to die for.Probably the most authentic and delicious place you can find in Cascais district. Many local families come and have lunch here on weekends.”
“I have to start with the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff, such good service, then we move on to the starters and the food, such a delicious combination, the Iranian kebabs were delicious and tender. I highly recommend Aroma to everyone. one of the best Iranian foods I've ”
“There were lots of vegan options (all fruit flavours + more) available for my friends, just ask, as it wasn't advertised anywhere.I had a triple scoop of Coconut, Basil, and Salted Caramel. The basil was a lemon ice-cream with pieces of basil mixed in and it was really nice. I've never had basil ice-cream before. It's definitely worth trying. The coconut was my favourite. The texture especially as it had so many real pieces of coconut and the taste wasn't artificial either. I highly recommend it. Honestly the best ice-cream I've ever had.The salted caramel was very nice but nothing out of the ordinary. Sweet and salty without tasting bitter, and with a creamy texture. If you only grab this flavour you might be disappointed as it doesn't seem worth the price, but it went really well with my other flavours and I do not regret picking it.”
“If you are on a vegetarian diet and can't give up eating hamburgers, this is the only place you should visit in Cascais.I can say that it produces the best Vegetarian hamburger I have ever eaten. The menu includes 3 types of vegetarian and 2 types of vegan burgers. It is served on a plate with fried potatoes. The establishment is clean and tidy, and the employees are helpful and hospitable. The restaurant only has one beer matcha and also serves wine.It is not very suitable for disabled access, but there are also outdoor tables in front of the business.Vegetarian options: The menu includes 3 types of vegetarian and 2 types of vegan burgers.”
“There are plenty of good seafood options in Cascais, but I recommend Mariscaria highly. The menu is well balanced, the food is extremely fresh, and the service (try to get Pedro if he's working that day) was really exceptional. Pedro was honest, funny and very attentive. We had a delightful lunch and will certainly be back again.”

“Great; really, really good - they're my favorite pizzas (today I made mine with shrimp (which comes clean!), tuna, corn and cream, but I've already tried the Lusitânia and the bananucha which are also worth eating and crying for more), (I have to try the pasta ?). The ingredients are always fresh… the pizzas are of excellent quality and are extremely filling and moist. I also tried the tiramisu and it was divine (in the photo where it had already been half eaten you can get an idea of how generous the layers are), as well as being very well served! Ana Lúcia is very friendly and is always available to help, like the entire team. I highly recommend it to anyone!Much success!! ”

“Boss craft beer bar in Cascais. I was just having a little wander through Cascais and was thirsty and needed to quench my thirst. I searched for a craft beer bar and this place popped up. I ended up staying for a few hours. Friendly owner who is a big football fan, so happy chatting away with him while drinking some nice beers.”
“Very nice place if you can sit at the front of the wall and watch the waves. The café and food were delicious and the people who work there were also very nice. Great background music, live on the radio station. Definitely a better alternative than the surrounding cafes or fancy restaurants in the ”
“As for the coffee itself, I like it. The worst thing is certain old people, who, having nothing to do, spend their lives in the cafe, and then an old woman who is the worst gets involved in people's conversations, the first time she messed with me, she took it with her. Everything, I hate this type of attitude towards me. Those who look for it always find it. We're sorry I don't mess with anyone, I even pay so I don't get upset but when they come to my side they always take the answer.”
“(Translated by Google) It's hard to say what's better, the food, the friendliness of the whole team or the family atmosphere. It's always good to come back and always be received with great affection.(Original)Difícil dizer o que é melhor, se a comida, se a simpatia de toda a equipa se o ambiente familiar. É sempre bom voltar e ser sempre recebida com muito carinho.”
“My boyfriend and I wanted good sushi to celebrate our one year anniversary and good sushi we got!The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The fish was decidedly fresh and I was very happy with the quality (the hot rolls are particularly fantastic, you won't want to miss out on these). And the decor was hand painted by one of the owners - how cool!!10/10 would recommend and I look forward to coming back.”
“One of many coffee shops in central Cascais... Service was wonderful. Order at the counter but they bring everything to you at your outdoor table. Really nice setting. I had scrambled eggs, a croissant with butter/jam, a pastel de nata, and a latte... all for $4 USD. I could do that everyday.”
“Restaurant run by an elderly couple who speak little to no english. No worries if you are happy to work around this - we ordered with a little bit of pointing and sign language. Both people were lovely! We ordered a seafood grill and bacalhau con natas both good and came at reasonable time. Beware there are no card option here”
“Being French I am very picky about food but even more so about service. The waiter Nuno is at the level of semi-gastronomic restaurants, very attentive, speaks several languages, and makes no order mistake. The food is certainly simple, but the meat is cooked as requested, the food is not cold and the seasoning is always on point. What more could you ask for, the tables are clean, the prices are the lowest in Cascais and I have been there several times at different times and the dishes arrive in less than 10 minutes.”
“I usually order croissants through Uber Eats. The croissant dough is very good. The Nutella and Dulce de Leite ones are the best. The cheese one is also very good - when I chose it, I was afraid it would be too simple, but it is very tasty. The one with Oreo Cream and the one with Alicante Nougat, Egg Jam and Cinnamon are good, but nothing special.Croissants are always packaged together, which ends up mixing the flavors. They could be perfectly separated with cardboard or napkins.”
“The food was very good, tapioca pizza was very good with a little mayonnaise on top, the pastry my girlfriend got was delicious, honestly it's worth going there for the pastries. Now for the negative points is that at one point one of the employees, even seemed to me to be the owner but I'm not sure, sat at the table behind ours listening to loud music and talking on the cell phone of his private life very loudly. which left us feeling a bit sick. Another thing is the açaí that we don't get because of the price, in our opinion you can get an açaí with more topings for the same price or even cheaper in Cascais than I've had anyway, it's just that many of the topings that other stores put like included in the price, this store includes as an extra. But otherwise the food and service was very good.”
“Very tasty sushi and certainly one of the best I’ve had in Portugal! The inventive rolls with delicious sauces were a treat and the sangria was made to perfection!Really enjoyed the brownie with vanilla ice cream as well.”
“It was really nice to have dinner in mayura cascais, delicious beef curry, prawn curry, tandoori chicken& coconut culfi.special thank you to chef billah & shouvo...for nice food & nice service... hope see you soon.”
“Was a great experience & wonderful food. Sraff are very pleasant & helpful. If we ever make it back to Sydney we will be sure to go again. And it was a nice stroll from our hotel.”
“Fantastic place for an evening, friendly and helpful staff, especially Ângela, have a great sangria, both white and champagne, as well as the unmissable fish soup ?”
“Fresh bread, relaxing and casual atmosphere, and my moules were so good! My boyfriend ordered meat and was not disappointed either. Favorite place in Cascais. I will definitely return next time I’m here.Ps. If I could wish for one thing, that would be sweet potato fries!”
“I order Açai from Oakberry 3-4 times a week via delivery. Açai is great and certainly the best in the Cascais region. But the delivery service via Uber Eats is very bad as they promise delivery in 15-25 minutes here in Cascais and in reality it takes 40-50 minutes. This needs to improve.”
“Great place! They offer a wide variety of coffees, have friendly personnel, and the overall ambiance is nice.I ordered an Aeropress and a pastel de nata. While preparing the Aeropress, the beaker broke, but they were more than willing to start the process from scratch without any issues. As for the pastel de nata, it was good, although I wouldn't say it was better than the coffee.I appreciate their policy regarding disposable cups. You have the option to take a metal cup for free as long as you return it.However, one downside is that the place lacks WiFi. Additionally, if you're inside, the signal isn't very strong.Overall, I would return because of the quality of the coffee, the atmosphere, and the staff.”
