We wandered by and Edourdo (the owner) was setting up outside. We asked was he serving breakfast and indeed he was. We both had cheese omelette with bacon, toast and side salad. Simple but top notch! The coffee was the best we’ve had in Portugal and all the coffee’s been A1! Edourdo was really friendly, he’s a great football fan (he’s been to Liverpool, so that’s a big plus) and he passed on so much information on both the local area and Portugal itself! Without doubt this was one of the best places we ate during our trip! Local food, local people, really welcoming. If you’re in the area give this place a shot!

Best Chocolate Mouse I ever had to finish off a delicious meal of traditional Alheira. Also previously had their Full Enhlish Breakfast which is near impossible to find anywhere else.Be careful and look for the rear terrace as the front one facing the main road belongs to the overpriced hipster tourist trap to the right on the main road.

This is likely the best spot to watch any sporting event. They have 3 sets of theatre like chairs overlooking a large TV. Because of the raised levels, your have an unobstructed view of the tv add to that decent food (prices are food as well as quality of food) and you have a great place. Additionally it us across the street from the bus station so no issues getting home or getting taxi.

I went there thinking it was the seventh one which is right next door out of sympathy and because I had already sat there I asked for 2 coffees and a glass of water but you didn't hear the glass of water. So far so good he brings the 2 coffees and I asked for a glass of water he said I should have already asked as he wasn't there doing marathons.Very rude.

We went because it is a place that is a little further from the center and there were quite a few free tables. The waiter who served us was very friendly. The food was good, what we liked the most was the fried prawns with fresh cheese cream. It's not very cheap but it's not bad. We recommend it!

Excellent food, everything very well seasoned, a menu with a very good cost benefit. The service from the owner and staff is amazing. We will be back for sure.
