Terrible service. Coxinha and esfirra were delivered cold. We asked for it to be heated and the employee told me at around 6pm that it couldn't be heated because she had already cleaned the oven. It only closes at 8pm. I don't recommend it.

He told me that I was the only customer with whom there was confusion! 5 useless employees! At the beginning, I went to see all the cakes they had at the counter! On top of the counter was an advertising board with images of the cake and coffee. I asked 3 times and confirmed at the counter at the Marinha store which cake was on the coffee and cake menu! The waitress at the counter showed the cake and the plate with the name of the cake, I chose the menu because the cake looked very appetizing and eye-catching! I went to pay for 2 menus! I sat down and after 5 minutes, 1 arrived coffee and a slice of another cake! I immediately said... it's not my order, I have 2 menus! Waitress starts to explain that the waitress at the counter made a mistake and didn't convey the information correctly what kind of bolu this is on the menu! My husband asked why they didn't bring 2 coffees and 2 slices at the same time? Answer... I already got it, and then I was completely outraged! However, the store manager appeared and asked me to apologize for the confusion, and that The slice of cake that was left behind will pay the waitress at the counter! I said I don't care, I just want my coffee and the cake that I paid for! She said she couldn't change the cake on the menu and she wouldn't serve me the one I wanted from the beginning! ! They preferred to return the amount and leave an unsatisfied customer!

Service is so slow, took forever to get the table cleared when we sat down, the waiter started handing out coffees to tables that order after us. They didn’t even have a pastel. Very inexperienced service, would not recommend.
