During my 1 1/2 hour stay, the waiter asked 3 guests if they could sit at another table during dinner...don't be surprised if they suddenly have to change seats during the meal...
Bruschetta ordered what should actually come before the main course and not with the main course..
The service boss wanted to show me how well he spoke Italian, but after he took my order he came 2 minutes later with the pasta to make sure which pasta I wanted exactly...
And please Italian restaurant, bring bread to the table...and not 2 slices...

The place is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The pasta is served… differently. You won’t get the plate with the pasta directly. The waiter will come with a different portable table on which they have the pans in which the pasta was cooked. Then they’ll put the pasta on the plate in front of you. It’s stupid, but for some reason, really enjoyable.
We really liked it and we recommend the restaurant.
If you go, make sure to order some wine, it will make everything even better.

Food was a bit bland which was surprising given the high reviews. Pasta was fresh but the sauce left a lot to be desired. Was meant to be spicy but it tasted like tomato sauce with no herbs, salt or flavor other than the tomato.
Edit: owner has responded about the original recipe for pomodero- to be clear I DID not order the pomodero or tomato only sauce. I lived in Italy for a year and this pasta was still bland

The service was friendly and quick! We also really liked the selection of pasta and you could taste the freshness of the pasta. They were served directly to the plate at the table. I had the carbonara and it was really tasty. However, it could have been a little warmer because after a few minutes everything was cold. Otherwise great! In general the atmosphere was pleasant with music and a small square under trees.

The food was amazing. Siam was our server and his recommendations and service were absolutely impeccable. His brother makes the pasta from scratch and it was magnificent! Food is awesome, it’s a must in Cascais!
