I came to this BK for the last time, as my last 6 experiences were exactly the same. To begin with, the manager is inedible, we have to say good night 5 to 10 times before she says it once and responds with an upset look. Since no one is ever at the cashiers to take the order, people with less dexterity have to deal with the bad atmosphere inside this restaurant. I don't know how the manager of this restaurant is even a manager of any place, because she has no profile and instead of her being the reason people come back, she is precisely one of the main reasons people don't come back. I started talking to the person I was with and ended up talking to the other tables and realizing that we all had the same line of thought. It's very sad. Just to finish, if you order table service, be prepared, or it doesn't happen, or it arrives cold because the order, despite being ready, doesn't go to the table right away. If there were 0 stars, that was my review.

The staff does their best but if there are 4 of them to ensure the Drive, the cuisine, the service etc. it is certain that with this kind of organization it is not surprising to have waited 40 minutes to receive the order. The fries were reheated to avoid being served cold but in the end it was the Hamburgers that got cold. But to avoid having to wait even longer we decided to eat like that.

The Burger King can be great but it's mainly a question of organization that makes the experience really disappointing.

The order terminal is supposed to save us time but in the end it was the opposite which happened so be careful because the bank contact does not work so you still have to queue up again to pay at the counter .

In short, bad experience for us but I sincerely hope that in the future the management will make sure to resolve the management and organizational problems linked to this Burgers King.

Hard to explain this place... Toilets overflowing. Rutten lettuce in the whopper. And slow service performed by unmotivated staff. Where did the SOPs go?

Bad service.
I went to the doctor, and decided to stop by the drive-in to take something to eat at home.
Delivery of my order took 20 minutes!!!!
On top of that, this drive in is super poorly made. There are not enough places for cars to wait for orders. A big mess! To the sun plate.
All other customers are unhappy and complain. I hope everyone makes their complaints here.
For my part, I will never return to this establishment.
It's better to go to McDonald's, which is so close by. At least the Drive in service works perfectly.
