Santana Cafe, If you’re after good food with friendly service, this is the place for you. Coffee is high quality and hot! Prices are very reasonable. I’ll keep this short, have your breakfast here!

Coffee and pastries very nice. A stop for a coffee and cake before the days sight seeing. Good coffee with milk and tasty tortilla for breakfast.

I don’t know whether it is ritual or habit, but whenever we visit San Sebastián we have to come for at least one breakfast at Cafe Santana. It’s a very popular place with locals grabbing a bite to eat or a coffee on the way to work and as well as a comprehensive all day menu, there are lots of breakfast options, from a simple slice of the ubiquitous tortilla; toast with tomato and olive oil; hams, cheeses etc; and even their version of an English breakfast that comprises fried eggs, bacon and cheese. Whatever we’ve had here has always been good, as has the service, and no doubt we will revisit next time round!
