Monday, August 28, 2023 - We had three people in our party. Our server was Nadja who always had a smile. She understood and spoke English which made ordering easier. She took the time to explain some of the food and drinks. I hope everyone has this server - she is the best. We all ordered pizza with a variety of drinks. Wonderful dinner.

Had a good lunch at Capriccosa, with pizzas and a pretty view. Service was extremely slow however, and we were waiting for 20-30 minutes before being acknowledged/ attended to by the host (despite what looked like plenty of availability). Pizzas were pretty decent, although I had higher expectations tbh.

I’m italian, and I ordered 3 pizzas with my friend from this place. First of all the price was exaggerated considering the quality of the product, because in Italy a pizza like this costs 5 euros and is ten times better. Second of all the tomato sauce had a weird taste that ruined the whole pizza, also the dough was too thin and inconsistent. The mozzarella had no taste and the oregano was definitely too much. Se sei italiano e cerchi una pizza buona che ti ricordi l’Italia, sicuramente non vorrai acquistare e mangiare una pizza del genere.

This is positively the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in. My son’s pizza was undercooked. My mother’s carbonara was both under and overcooked (quite an achievement) and my lasagna was so overcooked it was literally impossible to eat. When I asked the waitress (who was delightful) if she would kindly ask the chef if he would try it and give me his opinion she returned offering an alternative dish and said there would be no charge for the lasagna. I declined another dish and we left. It’s not just the food was badly cooked it is clearly mass produced frozen food. To call themselves an Italian restaurant is an insult to their cuisine.

THE BEST. I had the pizza with shrimp and my friend had the pizza with spicy sausage. I’m typing this as I’m still sat outside in the sunshine. The food is fantastic the service are very friendly and they have the best sangrias I have tried so far. Rose sangria! The grapes are so fantastic everything was perfection

Great place for lunch on the beach. Nothing fancy just a simple Italian restaurant. BUT, the food was very flavorful and came with a view of the beach. Service was cheery and prompt. Indoor and outdoor seating. Sit outside for the view.

I have been a fan Of this restaurant for 5 years. Typically once a month. Today I ordered take away. The Capricosa pizza. The worst pizza I have seen. Raw dough. Almost no cheese…. and on top, instead of tomato sauce? Raw tomates just thrown over the pizza. So disappointed for a restaurant that have for years been so good. Changed ownership, the chef left?
