The best açaí in the entire region without a doubt.

Best açaí, I recommend it to anyone who lives in the surrounding area or comes to visit Lisbon.

Terrible, long delay in delivering the order, when they realized that we had already been on the terrace for some time (30 minutes) they came to ask if we had already been served, and we replied yes, after a while they came to say that they had no record of our order or payment, fortunately It was paid by card so it was possible to access the app to prove the payment. I don't recommend it at all.

The service was friendly and the portion of the açaí bowl was generous. The flavor of the açaí wasn't the best I've ever tasted but I think that has to do with the brand. The strawberries were fresh and delicious.

Very tasty chicken wrap. Breaded chicken, salad, tomato, and mayonnaise wrapped and lightly toasted served with a side salad or fries. It was delicious! The portion size was very generous, and the food was good quality. My only remark is I had to remind the waiter to bring me my drink. However, he was very apologetic and prompt to action.

The worst service at Casa da Guia, I don't recommend it. If not, putting people to work sells the business.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit Planeta Açaí, a place that used to offer the ultimate açaí experience. The once impeccable quality of the açaí, with the perfect proportion of banana and strawberry, and an irresistibly sweet and crunchy granola, was truly incomparable. However, over the last three visits, I have noticed a significant change. The perfect balance has been lost, and now the banana disproportionately predominates in the glass. The presence of strawberries is minimal, and the granola, previously a highlight, has become almost imperceptible. It's as if the essence that made açaí so special had been lost in time.Despite living 30 km away, the trip to Planeta Açaí was usually worth it. However, with recent changes, this unique experience seems to have dissipated. I maintain hope that the house can regain the shine that characterized it. I intend to return, hoping to rediscover my good old açaí, and who knows, relive the memories of its past versions that enchanted me so much.

The açai was good but the service was quite unfortunate, they literally didn't have to serve anyone and it took a long time, the cappuccino and coffee arrived cold at the table. In general I do not recommend it because of the attention.

Bad açaí, loud sound of poor quality. Since the best açaí is next to majestic, it is MUCH superior

The food was very good, tapioca pizza was very good with a little mayonnaise on top, the pastry my girlfriend got was delicious, honestly it's worth going there for the pastries. Now for the negative points is that at one point one of the employees, even seemed to me to be the owner but I'm not sure, sat at the table behind ours listening to loud music and talking on the cell phone of his private life very loudly. which left us feeling a bit sick. Another thing is the açaí that we don't get because of the price, in our opinion you can get an açaí with more topings for the same price or even cheaper in Cascais than I've had anyway, it's just that many of the topings that other stores put like included in the price, this store includes as an extra. But otherwise the food and service was very good.

Acai is good, yes. However, would you wait 50 minutes for an açaí again? Very unlikely. Terrible service, not attentive. They took a long time for everything (service, clean the table, bring the açai). To try it once, I recommend it. To repeat, it depends on patience ☺️
