The gelato is ok. The young lady helping at the counter is nice BUT the older lady, maybe the owner, is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I had just finished my ice cream and went to use the bathroom, with a little language barrier I opened the wrong door. Oh my… this person started yelling at me like I was her worst enemy or I had done something totally unacceptable. For Christ sake, have some respect for your customers, they are the ones who keep your business alive. I will NEVER give you my business again or recommend it to anyone. The people that were waiting to buy ice cream after watching this incident all walked out. Good for them.
