Terrible service, overpriced sangria that is more a flavoured juice than an actual sangria - no alcohol, served in plastic glasses. Staff were just walking around and completely ignoring the customer, and the place was not busy at all! There was a problem with the sound, the music kept cutting off every 5 seconds due to a usb issue and they didn’t bother to just turn the music off. Tourist trap!

Delicious food and very good service. We had the mushroom pizza, pizza pollo and the oven chicken. Everything tasted good and can only be recommended. However, the prices are slightly higher compared to our experiences in Portugal, a pizza around €16

Today, Monday, I went with my wife to Kul, a place we usually go to on weekends. We sat at the only available table at 11:30 pm. After ordering drinks, an employee approached us impolitely, stating that we could not occupy a table for four people just to drink drinks, and almost ordered us to leave since they were still serving dinner...at 11:30 pm? They must have been serving a lot...since the kitchen closes at 11pm ???♂️
We requested the complaints book, but the owner, extremely polite, apologized and offered us something in compensation, which we refused. Due to his education, we chose not to write in the complaints book.
Later, we went to the Hotel Albatroz, where we received adequate service. As we are frequent customers on weekends, I will avoid Kul in the near future.
The pizzas are good, the dough sauce and soup lacked seasoning. Good service, it would be good to expand the number of bathrooms as the men's bathroom always had a queue.

It’s place for tourists, means verrry expensive and quality not there. You can find much better near in the small streets up .

- Food: Really good quality and flavorful, however the portions of protein on the dishes (meat or fish) are small.
- Service: Amazing customer-relationship (one of the best staff in Cascais), nevertheless a shrimp rissol took around 20 minutes to be served.
- Atmosphere: Quite lively, situated in the bustling downtown Cascais area where everything happens.

3 drinks for 36 euros and you couldn’t even taste the alcohol, don’t go here.

While the ambiance and service were lovely unfortunately all cocktails and wine are served in plastic cups. A 15 euro cocktail in a plastic cup is a disappointment. Will not go back.
Pizza was okay, but the waiter kept trying to sell us something and the Aperol for €11 was too expensive.
