Restaurant run by an elderly couple who speak little to no english. No worries if you are happy to work around this - we ordered with a little bit of pointing and sign language. Both people were lovely! We ordered a seafood grill and bacalhau con natas both good and came at reasonable time. Beware there are no card option here
The waitress - a very old lady - apparently didn't speak English and didn't say hello, just showed us our table. After 10 minutes waiting she brought a paper cover for the table and fixed it swearing in Portuguese. After 10 more minutes waiting we have decided to leave. Even though the old lady has seen us leaving she didn't even say a word.

Tucked a few streets away from the hustle of the touristic hub, you’ll find this little restaurant with a great patio covered by vines. Don’t let the old school menu scare you. It’s run by a sweet elderly couple and it’s an experience like going to have a meal with your grandparents. The food is honest, fresh, cooked right on the little grill on the patio, and it is delicious. We even had dessert and it was a creme caramel so light and fluffy even my mother might have been jealous.
Frequent visitors to this little spot & never disappointed, Lunch & dinner traditional Portuguese style fish & meat dishes.
