The restaurant's food is excellent, without a doubt. I would easily give it 5/5 for the quality of the dishes. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, we were treated in a condescending and disrespectful manner, clearly due to our age. The staff showed little or no desire to welcome us, making us feel as if we were not welcome.
A restaurant that claims to be luxury should have service to match, regardless of the age of its customers. Unfortunately, this negative experience overshadowed the great quality of the food. It's a shame that a place with so much potential fails in something as basic as respect and hospitality.

It took us a long time after being seated to be served. Don't be fooled by the pretty photo, the food was very good, but the diarrhea I had afterwards, oh my goodness. I still had to buy €14 medicine, having already spent €45 in the restaurant. Waiter even asked for service, which is not common in Portugal. ?

Good afternoon Today I came to see BE at the marina and compared to other stores they have the worst service. I do not recommend. - Spider on the fork - Dirty napkin - Paper flying off the table all the time, we had to put our cell phone and a glass to hold and eat in peace. - The attendant practically doesn't respond to you and even responds with mockery when we ask for more potatoes. - extinguished candles and cold meat, not to mention the delay in serving the potatoes.
We were practically the first table and even then we didn't get any attention and the service was as if the store had been full.

Good evening, I have only been to the establishment once and I do not recommend it, I think the price is quite high for what they provide, I paid 50 euros and they served me frozen potatoes. And the service wasn't the best either. I found it disrespectful.

Always meets the expectation! It had been a while since I had been to one the Brasserie de l'Entrecote, and the first time in their Cascais Marina location, and I really enjoyed it.Simple menu, well cooked, very good service, and the outdoor "al fresco" dining was just spectacular.
