I went to the restaurant on the advice of the GNR and asked for the complaints book. I was greeted by a lady who seemed like she didn't even know where she was. boss comes and talks to me. As soon as I saw that the complaints book was at the bottom of the counter, I asked for it immediately so as not to have to call the authorities. It is not stated that they have a complaints book, there are no timetables stated, there is no prohibition on alcoholic beverages stated. In other words, chaos! I wrote it in the complaints book and tomorrow I will contact the responsible authorities to inform them of the entire situation. It's good to make €25/person with 16 year olds drinking alcohol until they fall over. Anyone who has an open establishment must comply with laws/rules. Selling to make a profit just isn't worth it. I hope that in the midst of all this, the team dinner was billed at €25/person (which was not extra). Otherwise we also have another situation of illegality.
