Nassau Cascais - Drinks & Desserts

Very bad service. It seemed like they didn't want to come and help us. We ordered simple drinks and asked for the menu to choose something else. We had to insist that they bring us the menu and after waiting 30 minutes we had neither the menu nor the drinks we ordered at the entrance. A disappointment.

Horribly incompetent employees, who don't even know the basic service of serving a bottle of wine, which is already opened at the table, ask three times how they want to serve a red label that they don't even know. We ask if they have appetizers and they bring them without informing us that they have to be paid, and they charge €3 for chips that are actually peanuts, not to mention that after a few minutes there were worms in the bowls.

Terrible service… 20 minutes to wait to order a drink. Only one person serving on the terrace. I left without drinking anything… too bad to be true

Deplorable service and loooooooonnnngggggg! A bar where you can't drink without waiting half an hour or more...It was at the end of that time that the server came to tell us that we had forgotten our order...To flee.

We went here for drinks, or so we thought. Service was abysmal. Our first round of drinks took 25 mins. Then later After waiting for 25 mins for a glass of wine and a G&T we were told another 15/20 mins wait was expected. The young lad serving was very pleasant and it was obviously out of his control, but I’d not return here if I never had a drink again. Not one part of it could i recommend.

Late afternoon on a summer Thursday, attracted by the incredible view of a sunset and good music, we went in. And what a disappointment! ⁣We asked for the beer bucket with 6 units, they didn't have it.We asked for the fries, they didn't have it.We ordered nachos with chilli and cheddar, there was no chilli, just very bad ultra-processed "cheddar".We ordered a Dirty Martini, and my friend couldn't even drink it, it was so bad.Another friend asked for water, the glass came dirty with lipstick marks.The snacks menu only has fries, nachos and a toast. Sad.It was really a pity. Maybe it was the worst bar I've been to in Portugal.⁣

Decadent, dirty... in the photo you can see mold on the table. I ordered a juice of the day: tetrabrick orange. Atmosphere, so-so, of sitting. Not recommended

Terrible cocktail service, we ordered 3 caipirinhas that only contained lime ice and water, 0 cachaça, 0 sugar.
I asked for more sugar in my wife's caipirinha where they had the option of inserting a liquid that I didn't understand exactly what it was (it was sweeter for sure ?)

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Cancelled on a brunch reservation for 35 pax on the day before because they needed cash payment urgently, after 6 weeks of us trying to pay for the 50% via bank transfer…
NB I’m Portuguese living abroad so this was not a miscommunication issue.
If you do make it there be prepared for unimpressive food, (very) slow service and music being too loud for anyone wanting to have a conversation.
