The store looked like a ghost, empty without a well-kept appearance. The service from a guy with glasses was horrible, he didn't even say “good morning” or “thank you” he just asked if he needed a taxpayer. I think it's unfortunate, I won't go back!

It's a shame that it's 15 minutes before closing and no one is serving anyone. 19.45 with everything tidy inside.

It's a delicious croissant! It's a shame that the place, well positioned in the Centrinho of Cascais, is so dirty. Even with cockroaches in the bathroom... The photo is of the entrance.

It might be the best croisaint, which we didn't try because it advertises that it's open until 8pm and they shut the door in our faces. At 7pm it closes. And they slammed the doors in our faces. Girls certainly don't have any responsibility but it's not right. We came on purpose, we paid for parking until eight and that's it. Disillusionment. They may or may not be the best, but they are not professionals. I'm not coming back.

Good croissants, and what to expect from this franchise
The rest is terrible
Service. It seems like they are doing you a favor....
There are no juices on the menu, limited to Compal mango
In short
You don't need all this space
One quisoco is enough ????????
The amount charged does not justify the quality of the croissant and its content, which is almost none. Service is disconnected and borders on contempt for the customer. Space potential underutilized.

Closing time at 8pm but at 7.30pm there were no tables or chairs on the street, everything was tidy, cleaning the floor and counters and telling customers that there were no more croissants just 30 minutes later, that is at closing time . Then who will they sell to?
How do you work this way? Unacceptable. Lack of organization and attention to customers.

The worst service I have ever been to in Portugal, they never have croissants ready to sell

The croissants are delicious, but overpriced. Most importantly, they are disorganised and absolutely can't keep up with orders, but do nothing about it, and consistently lie about waiting times.
Expect to wait 30 minutes for a croissant on a bad day, even if "it will be right up"

Happened upon this place by chance and what a lucky find! The fresh bread auromas were amazing. Had the kinder bueno croissant. Croissant was so warm, soft and fluffy.. absolutely delightful.. world class sort of rating. The kinder they added was really tasty, and the whole thing just had a delicious melt-in-your-mouth effect. Couldn't have been happier.

I bought a cappuccino and it was practically just foam. When I added sugar and the foam subsided, I saw that I didn't even have half the glass left. This is the second time this attendant has done this. The first was with hot chocolate. When other employees do it, it never comes so little.Never.
