Pizza Hut Cascais

Very average experience. Took half an hour to make 1 pizza as the guy behind the counter was only interested in dealing with the delivery orders. I was quoted 15 minutes when I ordered and when I showed him it was half an hour he ignored me and repeated that it was 15 minutes (despite showing him the time on the check). When I asked if I could eat in he told me the pizza I ordered was "only for takeaway". There was no one in the restaurant so when I asked if I could sit outside I was told I'd need to leave "if it got busy". Overall a very average experience as I was made to feel incredibly unwelcome.

I don't usually post comments, especially when they are bad! But this has to be... the rotation is a puppet! There's nothing about rotation!! Long waiting time between pizzas, terrible service and worse atmosphere....

We came in late in the evening, but they took our order.

They however asked us to leave the dining area of the store and had us eat outside in the cold even if I was with my 4 and 7 years old kids without any regard.

I cannot comprehend how any decent person would ask a 4 and 7 year old to eat out in the cold after taking the order after they accepted payment.

Common sense goes a long way in customer service. So does compassion. Its not like they will loose revenues from letting a 4 and 7 year old eat in the tables in the comforts of the store? But then again, perhaps the staff were itching to send off customers away to get slong their way.

We came June 25 around closing time. I wonder if the behavior of their staff aligns with the values Pizza Hut stands for.

Horrible!! That's the word that best describes this place. Miserable service, more arrogance was not possible. They should seriously review the employees they have. Little or nothing they want to do. I repeat again

Waiters were awful, they only said they’d open table service after 9 pm while closing at 10pm.The waiter was rude, completely unbothered and when we arrived at the restaurant we waited over 10 minutes to even talk to someone as everyone was just minding their own business. If you’re thinking about going there, save your time.

Horrible atmosphere, those responsible for service responded without any sympathy, and when we placed the order there, they said they only served tables from 8:30/9pm and they supposedly close at 10:00pm. The people there seemed to have no desire to do the job. We ended up giving up on going there.
