I had a group dinner and due to the location and price I was expecting better quality products, the waiting time was long to the point that some of the dishes arrived cold, the service left something to be desired due to the fact that the waiters arrived to be arrogant towards customers and address themselves in an inappropriate and impolite way, another negative factor is the fact that they accepted a group dinner and the noise had to be reduced, when the food was delivered the employees passed the food around above the customers sitting at their table, with all this my conclusion is not the best and I do not recommend it to anyone

The food arrived cold, I had to wait for more than an hour and a half, the staff don't even understand what we want and on top of that they are very unfriendly. They don't have table manners. After the starters I spent more than an hour waiting for someone who was no good for pizza. The sangria was only white and so bitter, I couldn't even drink it. My boyfriend asked for ice tea and they gave him this one. In addition to this negative situation, I still paid €25 per person.

It is a place to eat quietly, surrounded by very good service.
The pizza is not the typical crust-only pizza, I chose a thin crust. Very easy to digest and very rich.
If I come back here, I would repeat.
I think it is better to eat there than order, to enjoy the experience

The Cascais restaurant doesn't have a very large space but the employees make it worth it. The Italian food is good, it's a shame they removed some starters from the menu. Table service is done via tablet.

Nice pizzas, our group ate here twice. Lose one star for a somewhat lackluster pizza selection (from this (cured) meats lover) but apparently you can choose your own toppings.

This is by far the best pizza place I have ever been to (to be fair, I have never been to Italy ?), the pizza is godly, the atmosphere is great and the staff are all nice and friendly!If you are a tourist, I would highly recommend taking the extra 10 minute detour from the center to come to this wonderful place, you won’t regret it at all. If you are a local, then I don’t know if you should go… you might end up spending all your money here!In all seriousness, the place is great and the price is fair, although not cheap, at about 16€ per pizza, which serves very satisfyingly a single person.

I was disappointed by the pasta, very little prepared without any ingredients, simple shrimp and spaghetti and in a very small dose it looked like a kids menu.

I placed an order at Uber Eats at 7:50 pm and the pizzas were only collected at 9:45 pm. I called the space to ask what was going on and the person who spoke to me was the manager Adrielli who was extremely unfriendly, rude, had terrible service, made fun of me, wouldn't let me speak because she spoke over me. I have never had such a negative experience at a restaurant. He even told the Uber Eats driver to cancel the order just to annoy us (we were told by the driver that he spent almost 2 hours waiting in the cold without being able to do other work). I understand that there are a lot of orders especially on a Saturday and despite the two hour wait, the biggest complaint was the poor service from Adrielli, supposedly the store manager.

They were already good. I ordered through ubereats, and I was shocked by the lack of quality of the ingredients used. Ham, salami, the worst olives. It's a shame they don't understand that the quality of the ingredients and what they serve is what makes the difference in a restaurant. I will definitely not return.
