Having been customers for many years, the service with our own couriers was impeccable, polite and without mistakes. Now, deliveries are outsourced, delivery time takes three times longer, address errors. In other words: you pay more and the service gets much worse.

Dirty benches with crumbs from the day before, bathroom with no toilet paper, no soap and not even the hand dryer works... the kids' playground is nice but it hasn't looked like it's been cleaned for a long time...

Ordered a standard Margherita pizza and chips. The chips with not seasoned and a bit under cooked. The pizza filled a hole but I won't be likely to go back again as was a bit pricey for what it was. Gotta say the pizza base was very soft and light, the crust had a nice bit of crunch to it.

I ordered delivery and it said 25-35 min, but 2 hours later.. nothing happened ? Glovo support told me that they had a lot of orders and the delivery haven’t even started… made a cancellation and refund, but… never again.

The pizza is as always great,the rest is that the employee's pants belt is to hold the pants at the waist and not a foot and a half lower, behind a counter you have to have posture, maybe it was a lack of professional training...

I checked into my hotel after a long hiking day. After that, I was off to get some food. I wanted to go to the grill place across the street but they were closed so I thought I’d get me a quick pizza. I walked in and I was ignored. She was acting like she was doing something on her phone but didn’t say hi or anything. I stood there for five minutes and was just about to leave and then she looked up and said something to me. I asked her if the store is open, but she couldn’t speak one word of English. Anyways, I just pointed at the poster that was hanging in the window and said I want that and a beer. I actually would’ve liked a different pizza, but since that was the only pizza with a color picture they had it was that one….Then she typed on the cash register monitor showed me how much to pay and I payed with Apple Pay. Then I had to wait forever. I had to eat my pizza out of the box in the store.While I was waiting, some lady came in with her kids without ordering food just so her kids can play in the play land. And she was on her phone FaceTiming and screaming around.I didn’t like the pizza, but I ate it anyways because I was really hungry. My beer was good and cold

Telepizza's pizzas are some of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.The Vegan Pineapple Pizza is great! I didn't expect it to be so good, but the cheese is even better than the “normal” ones.I also ordered a Pizza to Taste, with Corn, Shrimp, Topping Carbonara 2x and Topping Kebab, and it was very good.The Shrimp Pizza is also good, but not the best.Pizza Formaggio is delicious.I decided to try the Wrap a Gosto (I chose pineapple and carbonara sauce); I expected something small, but it is very well served (100 grams)! And it’s well worth the price (€3.5).The service is fast and friendly, and delivery is quick.

Great place to enjoy pizza and celebrate the kids' birthday. We use the birthday service where the children make the pizza themselves. They loved it!!!

Left waiting for pizzas 20 minutes and very poor quality.... Understaffed and the staff that were there were very young and inexperienced
