Valério is a highly recommended restaurant with exceptional service and delicious food. The tipillitas and clams are very good, and the rice is not far behind. The chocolate mousse with white strawberries for dessert is spectacular. The atmosphere is intimate, and the service is fast yet unrushed. The salmon tartar with avocado and mango is amazing, while the steaks are described as 'like butter.' The staff, including Kakau and David, provide top-notch customer service, making diners feel right at home.
