I'm writing this review to share my experience visiting this petiscos house. This place only serves snacks, this is what we were told, so it's not a restaurant.I went to eat at this place the other day because I wanted to eat something quick.I asked if they served meals, they told me yes:• Fevers• Rocky streaky.I asked if there were fries, which I was promptly told yes so I ordered grilled steaks with potatoes, that's all.After requesting I was told that I could go to the esplanade, getting there, a person who is part of the house ran with us from there saying that meals were inside.Politely and unwilling to engage in conversation, we went inside, where we waited for our meal.I noticed that this same individual was walking around the restaurant complaining that it wasn't a restaurant, that they only served snacks.I didn't question if the comments were for us, I just waited for the dish, another employee of the house, who was responsible for the grills, politely asked us how we liked the meat and gave his suggestion, which I thought was positive.The truth is that the steaks were good and well grilled, the potatoes were a generous portion.In short, the food was good, the man at the grill knows what he's doing, the lady who took the order was professional, the man who went to get the fries from the freezer and who walked around the premises insulting customers and without a mask, which these days today is mandatory, it makes this place one of the places with the worst atmosphere I've ever been to in Castelo Branco, and the cats inside the premises next to the meal tables, take us to other times.

Estou a escrever este comentário para partilhar a minha experiência numa visita a esta casa de petiscos. Neste local só servem petiscos, isto foi o que nos foi dito, logo não é um restaurante. Fui comer a este sitio um dia destes porque queria comer qualquer coisa rápida. Perguntei se serviram refeições, disseram-me que sim: • Febras • Entremeada gralhada. Perguntei se havia batatas fritas, o que me disseram prontamente que sim então pedi febras grelhas com batatas, apenas isso. Após pedido disseram-me que podia ir para a esplanada, chegando lá, uma pessoa que faz parte da casa correu conosco de lá a dizer que refeições era no interior. Educadamente e sem vontade de entrar em conversas fomos para dentro, lá esperamos pela refeição. Notei que este mesmo indivíduo andava pelo restaurante a refilar que aquilo não era um restaurante, que só serviam petiscos. Não questionei se os comentários eram para nós, apenas aguardei pelo prato, um outro funcionário da casa, quem estava responsável pelos grelhados educadamente no perguntou como gostávamos da carne e deu a sua sugestão, o que achei positivo. A verdade é que a febras estavam boas e bem grelhadas, as batatas eram uma dose generosa. Resumindo a comida estava boa, o senhor da grelha sabe o que faz, a senhora que recebeu o pedio foi profissional, o senhor que foi buscar as febras á arca congeladora e que andava pelas instalações a insultar os clientes e sem mascara o que nos dias de hoje é obrigatório, faz deste local um dos locais com pior ambiente que já frequentei em Castelo Branco, e os gatos dentro das instalações junto das mesas das refeições, levam-nos para outros tempos.
